Here is a link to a list of those who have registered to attend the Reunion, and it will be updated as registrations come in. This is unlikely to be a complete list of those attending, as there are always a good number of shipmates who will show up at the last minute, so don't count your buddies out! You can print out the list, if you wish. Reunion Attendees |

Traveling to Branson On May 11, 2009, Branson Airport’s first commercial flight, Sun Country Airlines flight SY509 from Minneapolis/St. Paul, touched down at 9:00 AM followed at 11:55 AM by AirTran Airway’s flight 1582 from Milwaukee. Branson Airport (BKG) is 10 miles south of the world-famous Branson Strip and has the capacity to handle more than 1 million passengers each year. Families and groups flying to Branson have dining and auto-rental services on-site, as well as taxi and shuttle service into Branson. Low-cost carriers AirTran Airways and Sun Country Airlines are providing flights to Branson from Atlanta, Milwaukee, Minneapolis-St. Paul and Dallas-Fort Worth, hubs that connect Branson with most major U.S. cities, as well as international destinations. Since this airport is very new, there may be other carriers providing service in the near future. Springfield-Branson National Airport (SFG) is roughly 50 miles north of Branson. It is served by American, Allegiant, Delta, Northwest, and United. Transportation to and from the Branson airport is $27.00 for a cab holding four people and $80.00 from the Springfield-Branson National Airport $80.00. The cost is divided among the passengers. Larger groups can order a mini van or a bus at a significant per person savings. The Radisson recommends
from the SFG airport:
If you are driving the area around Branson is very beautiful and worth several days of sight seeing. If you are coming in an RV the Radisson will permit RV’s to park in the Hotel parking lot as long as you are registered for the reunion. |
